Frequently Asked Questions

🪷
Do I need prior yoga experience to join the TTC? +
No! Our TTC is designed to accommodate complete beginners. If you have a genuine interest in yoga and are physically and mentally prepared to commit to 24 days of intensive practice, you are welcome to apply. No prior yoga certificate is needed.
Is the certificate internationally recognized? +
Yes. Upon completing all requirements (100% attendance, written exam, and practical exam), you will receive a Yoga Alliance USA certified 200-Hour TTC certificate. This is globally recognized and accepted by yoga studios in USA, UK, Europe, Australia, and worldwide.
What does "Traditional Hatha Yoga" mean? +
Traditional Hatha Yoga refers to the classical, systematic practice of physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation as taught in ancient Indian texts. It is the root of all modern yoga styles, including Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Iyengar. At ONSRA, we teach Hatha in its classical and practical form — not a westernized version.
Is accommodation included in the course? +
We offer comfortable ashram-style accommodation and organic meals as an add-on package. Please contact us for detailed pricing on accommodation + meals. Many students prefer to stay on campus for the full ashram experience.
What language is the course taught in? +
The course is taught entirely in English, making it accessible to our global student community. Sanskrit terminology is introduced for traditional yoga terms, with full explanations provided.
How do I apply for the course? +
Simply fill out our inquiry form on the Contact page, or WhatsApp us directly at +91 98765 43210. We'll respond within 24 hours with all details including course fees, availability, and next steps.
